I love how this cup is built, finally someone makes a cup that keeps your drink cold especially after a workout. I love the twist top drink opening. Keeps liquids super cold. Nice when you want to add protein powder to milk after a workout. (No one likes a warm protein shake 😫). The frozen agitator can be used in other cups or glasses and won’t water down your drink. Great for non alcoholic and adult beverages too! Sturdy and easy to clean. Big fan.
