The ICEBRRG Shaker is built to last and backed by a lifetime guarantee. If any part—whether it’s the bottle, lid, or mixer(s)—becomes defective, we'll replace it free of charge.

The lifetime guarantee does not cover scratches, dents, chips, or scrapes on the interior or exterior of the bottle. It also excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to make a return, email your order number to info@icebrrgshaker.com and we will start the return process. 

Returns cannot be made with used or damaged bottles. ICEBRRG will only cover the shipping fees for the return of a bottle presenting a quality issue.  For more information, refer to our return policy.

Yes, the ICEBRRG Shaker is top-rack dishwasher safe—just be sure to separate the bottle and lid before washing. For the Subzero Mixer, we recommend hand-washing to maintain its performance and longevity.

It is recommended that the Subzero Mixer be frozen for 3+ hours before use. For best results, we suggest freezing it overnight before use.
