Use the freezable agitator when on the go and taking it with you to drink at a later time. Additionally, utilize the screw-on silent agitator when simply drinking it from home. 

DO NOT use the freezable agitator and the screw-on agitator simultaneously. One agitator will be more than enough to construct a silky-smooth shake and it could result in damage to the agitators.

Yes, the freezable agitator is 100% safe to step up your shake. It is made with food-safe, BPA-free plastic, and filled with solely distilled water.

Just Make It, Shake It, and Take It. First, simply place the agitator in the freezer a few hours in advance. Then, assemble your shake with your preferred supplement and liquid. It is not reccomended to use more than 20oz of liquid to allow room for powders and the frozen agitator. Then, add the frozen agitator, shake it up, and bring it along with you for the day. Lastly, enjoy an ice-cold shake anytime throughout your day.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to make a return, email your order number to info@icebrrgshaker.com and we will start the return process. 

Returns cannot be made with used or damaged bottles. ICEBRRG will only cover the shipping fees for the return of a bottle presenting a quality issue.  For more information, refer to our return policy. 

When your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order. You can simply click on the tracking number in the email and it will redirect you to the correct website to track your package.

We recommend to hand-wash the ICEBRRG Shaker and the freezable agitator. Rinse with warm, soapy water and dry with a cloth. 

It is recommended that the freezable agitator be frozen for 3+ hours before use. For best results, we suggest freezing it overnight before use.
